Terrible "bank"!
They'll do anything but give you your money.
Countless screw ups and failures.
Either they're all stupid or they're liars. Don't bank with these morons!

I had rated G&F high at the start. Very nice staff and always cheerful.
Unfortunately after a couple years I have to update the review to 1 star. The staff are still nice but they are just smiling to tell you no we can't help you with your request or that's just the way it is here.
Their online banking site feels like it's about 10 years old. Clunky, hard to read and use. Have to login to a totally different site for their credit card.
It's like it is amateur hour here all the time. Back to a big bank for me that said yes to everything I asked them to help with and their website is a dream.
