Great West was great! Easy to set up an appointment as we were coming from out of town and they cover a large area even if they don’t have an office in every location. Great communication with Louise who put us in touch with Josh, the appraiser, Josh was very professional and nice to talk to and showed up on time and he provided the report in a very timely manner. Louise promptly sent the invoice by email with an easy online payment link and then emailed the report. I highly recommend this company!

While the appraiser was pleasant and on time, she simply used the tax assessed value to value the property. I find this to be a very lazy way of doing an appraisal. Similar properties in the area have sold for more than double what she estimated.
