Had my vehicle break down on the way to The Pas for work. Erin and Marcel had me back on the road within a couple of hours! Very happy with everything all around!

Terribly bad experience. Talked to the Manager and he was rude and full of himself. My opinion they act like this because they are the only dealer in the area. Better off to drive a few hours, I rather drive to the North Pole then spend a cent here

Took my truck in for recall and I a replace a glow plug. They did the recall work but dropped the ball on th glow plug. Instead of calling and asking me to clarify the issue, they waiting until I can to pick the truck up. I feel if they wer unsure of the issue after given the correct info they should have called during 7 hours my truck sat there. This is not the first issue I have had with this dealership but it will be the last......

Do not take your vehicle here. What a joke. Poor communication between shop staff and management. We brought our vehicle in for repairs and they were unprepared to fix it, never called us with any updates on what they were doing, then lied and said it was partially fixed when they hadn't even touched it yet. Very poorly run company. We picked our vehicle up and will be taking it elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else.

Poor service. Poor communication. They only want your money. They don’t care about your vehicle or their customers. Only money is what they really want. Manager doesn’t even want to listen to complaints!!!

Asked several times about a Equinox issue with engine using oil and was told I don't change oil enough. Low an behold Chev puts out a recall we had to research plus other issues they didn't even attempt to fix. We got it repaired in Winnipeg. Was also lied to about a used vehicle on the lot. Was told it was a locally owned vehicle that spent its winters in the states. Turns out it was a rental vehicle in the states they bought for resale. Lied to many times. Staff seemed ok but shaddy business practices for sure and nothing done when complaints made. Never will we use this dealership again.

Very nice GM/Chevy dealership. Great selection of new or used cars, suvs and trucks.The staff and service department are helpful and friendly.Salesman Jeremy Hohn found me a truck that fit my budget and my family! Very pleased with the service.
