It's hard to get information from these people. No one seems to know their job and the ones that do know their job definitely do not try to help you as a client. If you are down on your luck you need to understand that money from them will take MONTHS!! If you are a white Canadian probably even longer!!!

Things get done here at one speed very slow. So make sure you have all your paper work in order this will help speed up your visit and might even cut down on trips to get things done. So pick a number and have a seat lol.

The worst office I have ever been to. Slow, disorganized, rude. I work and needed help ONE time and had to come back three times (taking time off work) to try and see them just to be turned away. Still haven’t seen them two weeks later..
