Received a speedy response from Beverly who helped me access my 40 year old immunization record...she worked a miracle in a pinch and found it! Thank you...ps- like all health care providers/organizations more staff would be welcome as they work hard and there's more work than people!!

Very bad reception staff… they don’t know nothing or they don’t want to help people in need. We called couple times and the receptionist just said she can’t help and disconnect the call without even asking if we have any other concerns. Need some educated staff who can patiently listen and give solutions to the inquiries.

Today, I went to book an appointment for my COVID Vaccine because My age group came up. I tried to book 3 times and each time it told me that I had the appointment and each time they cancelled my appointment. I did not cancel it. I would appreciate a call. I sent an email and I left a message.. I understand that you are busy and probably overwhelmed but this can be frustrating for someone in their 70s.

I hope to get some kind of reply. Thank you.

The Seniors Dental health care center at the health care unit is wonderful. I was there last week for a check up and a cleaning and both were though. Kudos to the dentist and her technician also to Eisha and Heather

I'm still waiting (day 11) to hear from the health unit about my daughter and I being a close contact to a person that has covid. I'm glad some people out there are honest and the person contacted me themselves. I have isolated my daughter and myself since last week and we are going for a covid test today to make sure they are negative and she can return to school. Good thing the health unit is on top of things! At the pace they are moving everyone will have it soon!

Don't waste your time trying to get vaccinated or a booster at the clinic on Henry & Wayne Gretsky. They give you a time and then don't respect it. I booked an appointment on-line and when I got there I was expected to stand outside in a snow storm on January 17th with between 15 to 20 people in a line up outside! Why bother giving me an allotted time?

I called to find out where in Brantford or surroundings, can I get the Janssen vaccine. The lady who answered had no idea, transfered me to a voice mail and I left a voice mail o week ago. To date no call back. I called again today and again I left a voice mail. Is this for real?
I guess this just another untouchable organization with no accountability, hiding behind classic excuses supported by politicians.
