This is a family business ran by very passionate owners. They took time to explain to us the intricate process of growing mushrooms. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The mushroom we got were clean, super fresh and simply delicious. It’s miles above the store variety. The whole experience was amazing! Great people, wholesome food! We would definitely be back!

Lovely family making gourmet specialty mushrooms. They taste soooo good after we fried them with coconut oil and smoked paprika. Highly recommended!!

We visited the farm today and had a lovely chat with the owner. He is passionate about what he does and explained the involved process for growing mushrooms. What a learning experience! The fresh mushrooms were absolutely spectacular and the variety depends on what is ready. They also dry mushrooms and make a mushroom powder to be used as a condiment. Delicious!!

What is more intricate, the Family or the oyster flower like mushrooms? I'd say the wonderful family producing wonderful oyster mushrooms. Stefan and Hannahlore present expert knowledge, enthusiasm and kindness making you feel welcomed and highly respected. The mushrooms are very clean, radiating with unbelievable aroma. It is heaven in your mouth when you eat them. I am not sure if I'm able to describe the whole feeling when the mushrooms gently touch the pallet of your mouth, therefore you have to try it yourselves. NO REGRETS.
They deserve 10 stars not five.

Absolutely fascinating! Not just the mushrooms, of course, but Hannahlore the owner is a remarkable woman!! It was so interesting listening to her tell us about the mushrooms and the mushroom pow(d)er is so delicately rich too in the way it’s done and it’s flavor!! Also, Stephan, her son was wonderful to engage in conversation with. Phenomenal!! Definitely highly recommend! It is all locally grown and natural no doubt about that!! We’ll be back soon for sure!!

This is a business run by a knowledgeable and very interesting family. The mushrooms were so fresh and beautiful it was a shame to cut them and eat them! We also appreciated the variety we had to chose from, trying mushrooms we had never seen before, and also the recipe tips! You will see us again!

This family puts a lot of care into their products and they are fun to talk to! This is a great place to get fresh and dried mushrooms, with varieties like lion's mane and oyster mushrooms that I haven't seen in grocery stores.
