At first i thought i did the best choice choosing these company but they turned out to be worst decision as they do not CARE
firstly- they dont respond to you weeks and weeks and when you try to reach out (Heather) someone else they give a rude reply with out reading the whole context and starts to state you the legality what i had signed for i very well know what i had signed for and what they have told me earlier to check back when i forwarded the email chain regarding the disability tax credit refund then she said they have not received the cheque and will calculate the difference accordingly once on hand she was not even apologetic to go through the email chain first before responding. I also had sent them my credit report to add the creditors been many months havent got any confirmation if it was done.
Secondly Denise is the same what ever he told me in March regarding disability tax refund im also sure he didnt go through to the email before he replied after 3 weeks.He has forgotten that we also have access and gets responses from CRA as well for the assessment.
