We had a lovely weekend getaway at this property. The view is incredible from every window and we sat on the patio to watch the sunset nightly. The inside is very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Bonus there was an electric car charger available. The host, Brian, provided all the info we needed and was available for any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

Working with Goodstay Properties has been an excellent experience! Brian and Alanna were delightful to interact with, their attention to detail, cleaning, staging, managing the guests and being super proactive on repairs and maintenance made a huge difference to our short term rental process. Honestly it was such a relief having these two people in our corner! It made it worthwhile to keep our short term rental open and functioning, so we could focus on our main business, knowing our home was in good hands. I would highly recommend Goodstay Properties, you can’t go wrong with them!

Booked the Goodstay for my 28th birthday weekend with the girls and it was absolutely perfect! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen / living space was super spacious and perfect for having drinks / food or playing games with friends! Beds / pillows were comfy, we have no complaints. I also ended up losing my bag / phone and they were super quick to find it and ship it by express mail to me and wanted nothing in return. Would definitely suggest the Goodstay Property!!

Woooooow what a breezy experience from start to finish. Have nothing but good things to say about the two year rental period. The owners were warm and accommodating, felt more like dealing with an old friend than strict landlord. Brian was always quick to respond and find a solution if an issue arose, and apart from that contact was kept to a minimum. 10/10 would rent from again.

It’s difficult to think of how this vacation spot could be any better, it was perfect in so many ways. The unit was modern and well appointed, has a jaw dropping lake and vineyard view, impeccable attention to detail by the host and a warm afternoon sun, beautiful sunset and evening stargazing as night gently falls. It’s also close to the KVR trail for daytime adventures! We will be back!
