So we have had a couple of maintenance issues in our suite. The first time we parked in the parking lot when we moved that we were told to by property manager turns not our parking lot just about were towed second the maintenance guy came and had no tools to fix a door and toilet the problem still exists third
we have had no heat since Friday night it is now Tuesday. Monday the maintenance guy came couldn't fix problem now the plumber came Tuesday checked it out and said we have to wait for approval to fix the problem. My issue is you phone us after the Maintenance is done to put a good Google review on I am not giving a good Google review I have a dog a 9 month pregnant girlfriend and it is dec 17 2024 no heat for four days I am going to ort and they will direct me on my next move maybe legal as you cannot leave people in the cold absolute bullshit 13 °C in our suite

Honestly I had a wonderful experience with Louise, I've met with many property management people and many landlords in the hunt for finding a place and she was by far the nicest person I've dealt with. She showed my spouse and I a wonderful place today and I'll be meeting with her to view another place today as well. Truly a wonderful person to converse with.

Had several emails with its owner Keenan who was pretty passionate in regards to renting and managing the house I owned in Moose Jaw. They claimed they have presence in Moose Jaw where they have office and representative. But when I wanted to ask for a meeting with his staff in my house of Moose Jaw, they never replied me again. This raises my serious doubts about their presence in Moose Jaw or other small cities apart from Regina. In those small cities, they may just want to get your keys first and take their time to find the tenants. The business in small cities may be only considered the bonus to them.

Do not use these guys for the sake of your own sanity. You get absolutely ZERO support from the Property Managers, they never answer calls or emails. We have had no hot water for almost 4 days.
They just do not answer. The HR phone. Number and email they provide for further assistance is fake. They don't answer their EMERGENCY line.

Only 2 ways to pay their rent: their automated system or money order. That's it. Their automated rent system is horrible, outdated, and takes OVER A WEEK for processing. You make the payment, then it takes over a week for them to take the money from your account. They do not care that this is problematic for tenants. Lump it or leave it. Condescending senior property manager.
