My father used this business to book his flight to the Philippines.
Gold-Gold Travel & Tours spelled his last name wrong on the flight reservation. It was not noticeable due to the ticket having several highlighted parts (I know the intention was to be helpful but the name spelling error caused us a huge inconvenience) and the reservation name was not highlighted. Even the airline staff did not notice until they involved management.
Last night, the airline could not find my father’s booking and they charged him $50USD to fix the spelling error and it took 20 minutes to fix as well.
The airline recommended I ask Gold-Gold Travel & Tours to reimburse the $50USD. I spoke with this business this afternoon and she told me it’s my father’s fault for not checking the reservation. She offered to give $50USD off when he books his next flight with them! She also spoke over me, was condescending, and playing victim. As a result, I admittedly was upset towards her. I want to note that before I expressed my concerns, she already was rude and saying “hold on, hold on” several times when she answered the phone.
I hope older adults seek their adult children in booking flights for them instead of using Gold-Gold Travel & Tours. This is the first time in my father’s 67 years and my 35 years that we had this awful check-in experience. I’m glad EVA airways corrected the issue for his return flight home.

Family run business for years. Well experience agents. You can be sure they will book you the best vacation packages. Just let them know where you want to go and you don't have to worry about anything else apart from your payment Just pack your suitcases.

The last review doesn't even make sense, travel agents don't supervise you on the tour, they merely sell you the tickets. The tour guide's service should have nothing to do with the travel agents, so I have absolutely no idea why the last review commented their experience on the tour here.
