Was first time using a agent and it was not very good experience she didn’t help us with anything really made us feel like a inconvenience we had to book and pay for our own luggage and our seats and didn’t even offer to book hotel for the night before our flight.I'll definitely book myself the next trip a lot easier then waiting for someone to do there job we even had to Book our own shuttle I always thought they help you do things nope they just confuse you more then anything just booked flights with no seats or luggage and the resort that’s it.using a agent is probably more work then just doing it yourself
