Lyndsay has been amazing to deal with. She calls you back when you leave a message which doesn’t happen much these days. She always explains what our coverage is and makes sure that we understand what is covered with both our house and vehicle insurance. We are very happy with the service that we received from her.

The Go Insurance Rep. was very friendly and quick with a quote. She told me she would send me a text to let me know when my quote was emailed to me. It was very fast and she answered any and all of my questions. However, my current insurance company is still cheaper than Go Insurance so I will not be changing insurance companies at this time. After a decade of being with go insurance, I shopped around due to the person helping me couldn't answer questions, and wasn't giving me what I asked for.

I found a broker that could answer all my questions, work with the time lines and offer over 800$ in savings from the same insurance company....

Unfortunately the people I used to deal with and had great experiences with are no longer with go insurance and it seems they've been replaced with less informed people.

Even in cancelling the policies , the person I was being helped by couldn't comprehend what I was asking... It was 5 days to get an answer.

Loyalty doesn't get you anything anymore in 2025, so might as well shop around every year for a discount or rates.
