Très condescendante, communication difficile, argumente pour rien et partage des informations erronées. Nous faisons activement des démarches pour l'achat d'un plex. Nous avons contacté cette agente pour une visite. Elle nous a informé qu'elle représente les vendeurs et que nous devons avoir un courtier (loi relative à la double représentation). Nous l'avisons que nous sommes au courant de cela mais que nous ne souhaitons pas être représentés par un courtier et nous réitérons sur notre demande de visite. Mme continue d'insister et nous répond: "Comme je l'ai déjà mentionné, nous ne pouvons pas vous représenter. Veuillez contacter un courtier immobilier et il fixera un rendez-vous pour visiter 2 des 4 unités." Ensuite, Mme a continué d'argumenter et de nous faire perdre notre temps. Les autres courtiers nous font simplement signer un document stipulant qu'ils représentent uniquement les vendeurs. LES ACHETEURS NE SONT PAS OBLIGÉS D'ÊTRE REPRÉSENTÉS PAR UN COURTIER. IL FAUT RESPECTER LA DÉCISION DES GENS.

Selling a home can be a complicated process, made even more challenging when part of the home is an inheritance. The support, guidance and advice we received from Gia Paccione-Johnson and Giordano Paccione led to the successful sale of not only one home but two our homes.
