Hands down best insurance broker in the area. Such kind people even through all the hurdles with my commercial vehicle importation. I am coming here with all my insurance needs now. Worked with Cheryl and Richard and they are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

I never give 5 star ratings for anything, as I believe nobody and nothing is perfect.
I give the ladies at the Ness and Sturgeon location 5 stars, because they deserve nothing less.
Always helpful, cheerful, knowledgeable and more than willing to help.
The service has always been quick and efficient.
I once asked for a rough insurance quote for an ATV I was looking to buy, and the girl opened the program on her computer, and proceeded the process of insuring the ATV I requested a quote on, as the rate calculator doesn’t do ATV’s strangely enough.
She told me the exact amount it would cost.
That’s going above and beyond if you ask me, seeing how I only wanted a rough guess.
Been dealing with them for years as they’re close to my work, and I’ll continue to use them.

You're in good hands having your insurance handled here. I had a vehicle write-off and used Richard Wayne Insurance to apply for new insurance for the new car. The insurance agent, Cheryl, found that I was actually owed over $200 for insurance I paid on the previous vehicle after it had gone to the MPI adjuster. She made a few phone calls and got me a rebate! Very knowledgeable agents who pay attention to details.

This being a small Autopac location you have to pick the right time to go to avoid a wait time, but other then that this location has been great to me over the years. Very helpful and friendly staff are great to deal with and have helped me with all my insurance needs and always have answers to my questions.

This is my go to autopac. 2 different occasions I've had to go get rental vehicle insurance with them and what stands out is the customer service that is given, the lady takes time to explain everything and what to expect if for any reason you get into an accident. What numbers to call and advices which is really important. I'm visiting them again shortly 🙂
