I am not sure from where to start but first & foremost, I want to say that it is not always so easy to find an honest, extremely knowledgeable about finances, straight-forward, humble, diligent, resourceful, detailed oriented, extremely supportive and friendly licensed Mortgage Specialist these days who truly wants the best for you and I feel so lucky and blessed that I met Gaurav at a family get-together. Our Mortgage Renewal were coming up for renewal and we were getting stressed, how we will do it, where we will find the right Mortgage Specialist but after meeting Gaurav and explaining our needs, from the Day 1, Gaurav took our needs as "his own needs" and started working tirelessly on our new mortgage renewal with re-financing option. Long story short, within just two-three weeks, Gaurav was able to find the three mortgage options at the very competitive rates and explained the pros/cons of each offer and educated us also in a very simple and layman language that helped us to understand all three offers very well and select the best one that most suited to our needs. There were some challenge with our credit but Gaurav worked diligently with the selected lenders and convinced them all the facts and got our mortgage approved at best variable rate based on the current BOC prime rate.

If I continue writing about Gaurav, certainly words will be less. I truly feel lucky once again to meet Gaurav and have him as our Financial and Mortgage Adviser and a very good friend now 🙂
