Both Stuart and Andrea included exemplary service, efficiency, and communication. Questions were welcome. Explanations were not Swiss cheesy. Documentation was effective. Replies were quick. For example, e-mail replies were always timely. Time to complete work was very reasonable. There was an obvious high degree of teamwork between Stuart and Andrea. Both were personable. Reception at the front was always pleasant. A bell ringer was also on the front desk, just in case one at the front had to step aside briefly. Andrea also did some certification of documents as an au gratis, in appreciation of me doing other projects with them.
