I had a wonderful shopping experience at the GAP store located in CF Lime Ridge Mall, Hamilton. The store was spacious, neat, and well-organized, making it easy to browse through different sections. I was really impressed with the range of clothing options available for men, women, and kids.. from casual wear to seasonal essentials. The quality of the fabric and the fitting of the clothes were just perfect. What really stood out to me was the customer service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and happy to assist without being pushy. The checkout was quick, and the staff ensured everything went smoothly. Overall, it’s a great place to shop for stylish and comfortable clothing. I’ll definitely return and would recommend this location.

Wow , such great sales .. but can you get any service. Nope. Absolute mess and no one to help. Clearly looks self serve. Helped myself to a fitting room. Needed different sizes. No never mind that. Too bad , such nice merchandise.

This is NOT a real Gap store - it's now a Gap 'factory outlet', which I didn't even know was a thing. It's a completely different brand and business line from the Gap and you cannot exchange/return regular Gap items here. What is happening to Hamilton that we can't even have a Gap store! Geesh.

I bought a pair of Jean yesterday and washed it . After that , I found The cashier forgot to take off the buckle. And the pants shrunk about one inch.

I have to take off two hours from work to Gap Hamilton store to take off the buckle and need to switch a bigger size. The cashier was very unfriendly, she refused to change it because I washed it. Everything she did is take off the buckle and give me a kind of coupon who can get it in any gao store without asking.

Who will put it on directly without wash it? Probably she did . then she took off the buckle and refuse to do anything about it.

So unhappy experience, will never shop this store anymore and won’t suggest any Friend or family to come here because of this cashier. I forgot to ask her name. The girl is short and with curl hair and green shirt. I can tell she did it because I am Asian lady, I can see the difference when she talked with other white lady. Anyway, I won’t come over here anymore. I can donate the Jean to poor people but really can’t take her attitude.

It's not gap... they're just using the name.
Honestly, with the absurdly poor online service and no in-store service, it's time to shop elsewhere.

Never had an issue with this store until today, purchased a jacket for my son but when I got home and tried it on him I noticed the sensor was left on the jacket. I needed a larger size so I needed to go back anyways. I came back immediately to exchange and took the original jacket out of the bag to see if I wanted one or two sizes up. When I got to cash I definitely got the vibe that the employee thought I stole the original jacket. He took my receipt to the back and finally did the exchange but did not seem very happy or friendly. Don’t think I’d buy at this location ever again.

Google maps does not specify that this is a GAP FACTORY STORE. I went to return an item from an online order but was advised they cannot do it there. Wasted my time all because it’s not labeled correctly.

The staff is so rude. This isn’t properly labelled as an outlet, drove from out of town for a return. Staff clearly doesn’t want to be there.
