Took the time to fill out a rental application for a unit they had listed on Facebook marketplace. We were informed that the landlord had rented out the place. (Original listing price $2,375 ALL INCLUSIVE) we found out the landlord now is renting the place out for $3,000 PLUS UTILITIES. Transparency would’ve been great.

FLPM and Tammy are an amazing group. Rented a unit and was renovicted 2 months after lease was up. Was there for me and my family through the whole process and even stood on my side the tenants side to help and make sure i was being fairly treated by home owner. This is only my experience but i am going to state that if it ever happens i will gladly rent from Tammy and FLPM again.

From day one the owner's & I have had a great relationship.. When they partnered with FLPM I was concerned that I wouldn't receive the same care/respect that we've built & shared over the years. Gratefully that has not been the case.

FLPM took over a duplex of mine with tenants in place in July 2021. Everything from the onboarding process was very smooth.. After having worked with another management company in the area with substandard service, FLPM earned my trust quickly - it has been a positive experience. The first month of management, we had a stove delivered that needed a new outlet to plug into, FLPM took quick action to have an electrician on-site so the tenant could use the new stove the same day. Rory has gone above and beyond with advice of sub metering and inspecting another property on my behalf.

Linda and Tammy have been easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and very responsive. It is truly hands off for day-to-day items. I look forward to having FLPM manage other investment properties in the Barrie/Orillia area on my behalf in the future.
