This hospital is disgraceful. The doctor mocked us and told us to go to another hospital if we didn't like it. I have no idea where to file a complaint. While my friend was in pain in the emergency room, we caught four doctors sitting and chatting. Then they mocked us. Canada’s healthcare system is a disgrace, and these doctors are a shame to this country

For a hospital, I have always preferred going to Hope than anywhere else. The staff and nurses are kind and compassionate and they do their best. Sometimes the waits are long as there is only one doctor but get you in and out as fast as they can.

Was in hope for a festival and a family member had a serious, life-threatening experience. There was no staff anywhere to befound in the admission area so we had to result to running down the halls yelling for help. The following day during visits, the nurse was ignorant of the stress my family was under and it resulted in visiting family being removed from the facility.

Here’s medical team and doctor were so amazing!! We visited there urgently when my daughter had severe coughs.
We didn’t wait for a long time, we just waited 30 min for nurse, we waited 40-45 min for doctor, doctor was so gentle and very professional, my daughter recovered soon after going to hospital.
I forgot doctor’s name(He looks like South American)but my little daughter and I are very grateful to him.
Also, The hospital was very clean and quiet.

I want to thank all the staff and the Doctor for being kind and treating me well. Yes there was a long wait, yet it was to be expected as it was very busy. Rosa was so kind and took care of everyone who was waiting. I had a really nice doctor who listened and explained things in a way I could understand, she never made me feel stupid or an inconvenience. I've had hood treatment at only one other hospital, peace arch in whiterock. So thank you Hope, Abbotsford, Mission and chilliwack could learn a few things you.

What an awful place to be, we arrived at 4 pm, no line up, my child and I were the only people, registering was fast but the doctor seemed busy chatting with nurses and a friend came by , the doctor spent 30 min with him, he seemed a careless doctor who is only interested in collecting pay check, if I new that a simple visit in a quiet day will take 3 hours then I would have gone to Chilliwack.
I approached a nurse 3 times and each time this grumpy nurse stated that" you are next"!

Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. I'm actually relieved I sought attention with this hospital. The wait isn't that bad either, might be a few hours there but it's quiet, and clean, and well functioning so its worth it for actual treatment.
