We ordered escargot and calamari for appetizer, French onion soup and chili later. Liver, ribs and roast beef in cast iron. People…everything was delicious and stuff with service perfect. I can recommend this place.
The waitress Dani is familiar with recipes of the food she served. She served the food in order not everything at once. Hot and right on time.

Good value for money, good quality overall. Worth trying if in the area. French onion soup was quite nice with generous portions of broiled cheese. Great value for shrimp and steak plate, steak was medium rare and of reasonable quality, shrimp skewer was fine. Mashed potato could have been a bit richer. The boiled vegetables were soft, mushy and bland, but that's to be expected of boiled vegetables as advertised (personally not a fan of boiled vegetables). Pecan shrimp salad combination was quite thoughtful and portions were generous. Service was fine, and setting was cozy and casual. Overall a commendable local restaurant with good value, good food and warm atmosphere.

Ordered a poutine for pick up, it was very disappointing. The fries that i did eat tasted moldy at the top and dry underneath and undercooked the gravy was watery and tasted like it was from a can and the worst part was that they used shredded cheese instead of cheese curds and that ruined the meal for me. When I brought it back because I couldn't eat it they refused to give me a refund and they were very rude to me in regards to my complaints.
Overall it was shocking that they dismissed my complaints even tried to blame myself and my partner for picking it up late which is why it was soggy and they were very angry and rude and said I was wasting their time and there's no way I would get a refund even though I did not eat the food and they took it back...

The owner and staff are all very friendly and welcoming. This restaurant is a must try if you have never been. Very affordable and the food is delicious, especially the beef melt....celebrated my birthday and had a delicious brownie dessert !

Great family owned, local restaurant! My husband and I had dinner for our 8th anniversary. Service was great and the food was even better. I had the lasagna special with a small Ceasar salad. My husband had fish and chips with a steam whistle beer. We met the owner and she gave us a dessert on the house, it was so good!!!
Food: 10/10
Service: 8/10
Atmosphere: 10/10 (so cute!)

We will definitely be going back!
