Disappointing experience with their quote process. I've contacted them twice for auto insurance quotes, and both times the same thing happened:

They called and spent significant time gathering detailed information
Collected my driver's license information
Promised to follow up with a quote
Never sent the quote via email, phone, or any other method
No communication whatsoever after the initial call

This has now happened twice, which suggests it's a pattern rather than an oversight. If you're going to invest customers' time in a detailed quote process, basic follow-through should be expected.
I'd recommend looking elsewhere for auto insurance quotes from companies that actually complete the process they start.

I recently had an urgent insurance request with a sort timeframe to be completed. I was helped by Tamara Black who went above and beyond to help get it sorted. Due to a computer issue it was not able to be resolved on time but Tamara took extra steps to ensure I had what I needed to get by while it was resolved. She followed up often by email and by phone to make sure I was aware it was still being worked on and was extremely friendly / lovely to talk to. Very happy with the service she provided. I've been trying to coordinate insurance with them for a week.

They told me they'd send me the documents on Friday. I haven't received them. If I don't receive them today, my house purchase won't go through.
Have spent the last half hour trying to call their contact number.
