I am one of the Directors of Muses Kerala who did the Shreya Ghoshal show in 2023. Unfortunately I been doin mine My business and my close families Taxes with this Firm where he was a small shop for almost 13 years. I always believed this guy was a Certified accountant but unfortunately no CPA just found out. Any way I write this review regarding this Firm since I had recently go into a fight even he tried to ruin my Credit using a collection agency.

He did my Business taxes using the quick books and I never had the Books balanced when I look at it. I never took it seriously. What really happened is we asked him to look over Muses Kerala foundation Taxes and dropped all the papers. I haven't heard anything for two three months but after I got One email saying it is all done review. I reviewed the sheet he provided and according to him we owe taxes maybe right even though we have almost half a million taxable expenses. I am ok hopefully it is right. Also we noted the book was not balanced all share holders company owe money which triggered me where we balanced all payments to 0. So I told the Junior guy who did the tax it is not right maybe he did it wrong please review. Then he send an excel sheet which they used for calculation over the excel sheet provided by us showing the calculations they used. For us it looks like all the share holder money we put some of it showed as income so ended up as gross income went up and we need to pay tax. also payments given to share holders not shown as payback so still owe money.

After Talked to Sachin then his attitude changed he said he will correct it. Instead of correcting he send an email sayin Total bill 2700 and we need to pay 1300 for his work . Argument went on months then he started threatening about collections etc. over email text calls.

Finally instead of correcting the problems he send my personal information to collections as owing money. I got a letter in mail email and phone calls saying asking to verify the SIN no by collection agency. I have communicated to collection agency the amount we owe is for Muses Organization so they cannot communicate directly with me send it to proper office mail . Then the lady from collections realized after talking to Sachin he provided my personal information which is against my privacy policy in Canada which has nothing to do with the Organization and I got all the proof for breaching it.

Not sure if the Taxes for the corporations are done right need to review for 13 years.

Not a professional since who will argue with a 12 year client for 1300$ and try to ruin the credit of him.

Not sure if your personal information safe with him since he tried to screw up my credit for an organization I am part of.

Not certified according to CPA Ontario.

Personal Tax not sure what he says and does are right.

So you be the Judge for you.

Nobody answers the phone the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and then they get mad at me because no one answers the phone and I have to go to the location to complain in person. If you’re looking for someone to help, don’t call these guys.
