The price for a wash, highlights, trim and styling is unbelievably reasonable.
The stylist stated she has been working there for over 25 years. She knows her stuff and was very nice to talk with.

Was there opening on dec14 2024. Omg! Disgusting! Never been in a public place so filthy. Floors weren't even done from day before. The air vent in ceiling obviously never been done. Now blowing mounds of dust out instead. Lays think all over mirrors and light etc. The seat was full of hair from days before. Huge holes in the cape put on me. Every shelf every little corner was inches of hair and dust! Put Xmas decorations over some of the filth! Careful what you may catch

I had Naomi. She did my first pixie cut which put me to tears, which I was completely in love with , I’m hoping to go back to add colour/ highlights, which I hope it’s her again that does it.

I’m not sure how to put up the second review so I’ll have to add it to this one . I didn’t realize I already had a review for first choice haircutters from three years ago already on here. But I recently had my hair done in January 2025 of this year. And I was very impressed with my services. I cannot remember the girls name , that did my hair, but she was phenomenal. She styled my hair and also added bangs, but I asked her about the product she was using in my hair and I really liked it so she said she had bought it from another hair studio and she would get some for me so I gave her my cell phone number and she would text me when to come pick it up and I would bring her the money which I did. I haven’t started using it yet but once I do, I will put a review in for that. But she was amazing and I just wish I could remember her name. Because I may ask for her when I come back for my next service.

No customers are ever in there, but for some reason it's always more than an hour to get your hair cut. Pathetic. Not even worth stopping in

The Bridgewater location is very poor service. It clearly states hours of operation and Saturday they are open until 5pm, not the case we showed at 4:30 on Saturday they were closed and sitting in the chairs I'm assuming getting paid for the extra half hour without working.

My wife and I went to this so called hair salon and although I got a somewhat decent hair cut my good lady didn't.
She showed the stylist a picture of what she wanted and what she got was nothing like the style she wanted, if she had not told the girl to stop taking length off it would have been even worse.
Contacted the help desk number and made a complaint and was told the franchise owner would be in contact with me, still waiting for a call.
Staff didn't know how to deal with complaints or refunds and no manager in the store till 6p.m the following day
Will never go back , avoid at all costs

I was skeptical getting a haircut here but it turned out fabulous. The hairdresser, I didn't catch his name unfortunately, did exactly what I asked for from showing a photo. It was a quick service and he did an excellent job. Thank you!!!
