I recently had a truck canopy and several accessories installed by Expertec in Abbotsford, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The back office team was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and scheduling the installation.

The craftsmanship of the installation team was top-notch. They paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring everything was installed perfectly and securely. My truck looks fantastic, and all the accessories function flawlessly.

Absolutely horrible workmanship!!! They took two brand new vans and destroyed the electrical. My Vans were out of commission for months and they pass off the plane to the manufacture. My Vans is now in repairs again and I’ve only had them for approximately a few months.

Friendly service but don't stick to what they quote and stand behind their product. Was told they were going to give me a quote o fix what they messed up. It should be free. Either way, months later still haven't received anything

Don't bother, I would give this zero stars if I could. Completely useless shop staff, once you are out the door you are old news. When I left the dealership with my truck to head back to the Okanagan, none of the signals or taillights worked and was forced to fix them on the side of the Coquihalla. They blatantly botched the install of my flat-deck setting it right to the frame so my deck sat 4 inches off the top of my rear tires, preventing me from the ability to tow anything in my F350. When I brought this up with them and drove back to Abbotsford they simply said "we just install what we are given" and preceded to show me a current install with the deck blocked up to avoid this issue. They told me to come back so they could fix it at a cost plus rate and took ZERO accountability for this obvious oversight. I have had to take this deck to my mechanic and pay him to fix this issue. Save your money and go to any other establishment than this one.
