I have nothing but good things to say about our agent Sarah at this location. All I will say is we had a major issue at the start of our vacation. Once I informed Sarah of the issue she handled it efficiently and professionally and with empathy.I can honestly say I am not sure if another agent would have done for us what Sarah did to get it resolved. Sarah I cannot thank you enough on how you handled this situation.

You can deal with any travel agent or agency to book a trip, but knowing they will look after you if a crisis arises is the most important factor when booking.

Sarah because how you handled this I will fully endorse you and this agency to all who ask me.

Job well done and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation once we arrived at the final destination. Professionals like yourself our very hard to find these days

In 2021 we went on our first cruise. We did all the planning, cruise, flights, transportation, hotels, transfers, dealing with the cruise line on our own.

It was not an unpleasant experience but we thought there had to be a better way to deal with all the time consuming planning and dealing with different companies.

We reached out to several travel agencies and after interviewing them, we decided to work with Expedia Cruises on Fairway Road, Kitchener.

Stephanie, our travel agent extraordinaire has become a great partner in our travels! It’s such a simple process with her.

We simply tell her where we would like to go, what we would like to see, what our bucket list thoughts are and she comes back to us with several suggestions to choose from, levels of service and various times to travel. She’s always quick with ideas that fit our budget, our time constraints and as she’s come to know us, she has shown us a genuine keen ability to make our dreams come true.

Stephanie’s office thinks of everything. From our front door on departure, to our return home, everything is laid out. That’s how we like it. We can even plan for less structure if we want, no problem.

On a recent flight home from Australia, our connection to Toronto was missed due to weather. Unlike other passengers that spent hours finding connecting flights, we received an email from Stephanie with connecting flight confirmations and a room in a hotel for the night. She took care of this late on a Friday night when the office is normally closed.

We had to cancel an adventure over Christmas as I caught COVID the day before we were to fly out. I called Stephanie and within days the entire trip (cruise, flight, excursions and hotels) was refunded. Stephanie took care of this over the Christmas holiday!

We have come to know Stephanie as she has come to know us. Anytime we reach out to her by phone or email, she’s sure to get back to us in very short order.

We decided to go back to using a travel agent on our first trip to Europe. Having Lisa as our agent undoubtedly was the best decision we could have done. Her knowledge of the areas we wanted to see full of the very best suggestions from where to use a private driver to enable us to see as much as possible to where to stay and otherwise unknown places to visit. My experience with this branch of CruiseShipCenters was the worst. The travel agent I worked with was definitely, not one I would recommend. I honestly can’t believe she still has a job there. I would request information and get a minimal response. She failed to reply to emails and phone calls. When she did get in touch, her hurried response made us we feel she was too busy to deal with us. I spoke to the manager at this store and she admitted that this employee has a history of this type of communication. Her lack of contact and communication contributed to our missing our flight and that coupled with the impossible phone contact to get it resolved was a nightmare. I will never deal with this branch again. If you want travel agent help with your cruise do not go to this office.

My wife and I have booked numerous cruises, on a variety of cruise lines, through Stephanie and have always received outstanding service. She always responds promptly to phone messages and emails. On a couple of occasions has totally exceeded our expectations in the way that she has negotiated with the cruise lines to either obtain a better price or to obtain reimbursements for a cruise cancelled by the cruise line. As a result of this great service we continue to book through Stephanie.

WOW!!! Such a great experience! We recently booked a cruise through this office with Shirley Wong. Her attention to detail and finding the right cruise for us was above and beyond. She even found a deal where the flight left from London versus driving to Toronto. It was an "all-inclusive" cruise where the party started the minute you got on the plane and all details were taken care of. No extra bookings or hassles. This kind of deal is not available on-line! I highly recommend giving them a try!
