What an amazing experience! The game was incredibly fun, with great puzzles that kept us engaged. The facility is spotless and very well organized. Both Victoria and Quinn were kind and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. It’s definitely a must-try in Nanaimo. I played Ogre's Swamp with my 8-year-old, and it was a fantastic time for both of us!

We did 4 rooms at Exit Nanaimo and they were all great, very thematic, lots of great puzzles. We really enjoyed how thematic the Swamp room was and the great use of technology. If you like a challenge the puzzles in the Mission Impossible room were great! Harry Potter fans will adore the Sorcerer room. We do a lot of escape rooms when we travel and these were fantastic. Staff were helpful and great as well!

Took a group of 32 students to the escape room as a team building activity! The students had a fantastic time and still talk about their experience weeks later. Ashley was amazing to deal with - quick to respond to emails while we made the plans, and even came in early to accommodate our large group and limited schedule. I would absolutely bring students here again!

We came in for a bachelor party. I have to say Quinn(employee) took fantastic care of us. He made us laugh, and he was exceedingly helpful & knowledgeable. We ended up doing the Orge Swamp challenge, which was great fun and very entertaining. The room itself is very creative and combines a number of different fairytale aspects. We completed it in about 55 minutes(you have 1 hour). It's definitely worth giving it a go, and I look forward to trying some of the other rooms there. I highly suggest a minimum of a team of 4 people, but you could do it with a team of 3. Enjoy!

Went to the escape room with my group of four and it was amazing! We did the Ogre's Swamp and found it to be a lot of fun. I have done many, MANY escape rooms, so I was worried this one was going to be to easy, but it went great! I loved the different puzzles and tasks. It made us use our brain and work together a lot which was so fun. I love this location along with all of the staff that work there. I have never had a bad experience. Big shout out to the staff though for always being so fun, patient, and kind. You all really help make the experience worth it!!!

Staff was above great!!! I would have given 5 stars but our room was right by the entrance and I found it distracting that I could hear people coming and going . Being a party/fun group thing to do you can imagine the comings and goings at the door.
I completely missed the Intro video explaining the “Theme/story” of what we were looking for. With all of us brand new and never had done this, it was very difficult to continue but we fumbled through. it reoccurred several times as we needed to hear recordings for clues.
Again Staff helped us repeatedly and did so wonderfully. Cheers to them!

I've been many times and have never gotten through first time, but enjoyed myself anyway! Staff are always super helpful and friendly, even coming into the room to help us or show us how we could have beaten it. I've tried every one they have available currently, Shrek swamp was their worst, but even that is saying something because it was still fun and enjoyable! 10/10 experience, worth the price, especially if everyone is paying for themselves!

10/10 place. I have finally done all of the rooms they have and they are all super fun. The rooms range from taking your kids there to adults there. Staff are amazing.
