As first time home buyers, navigating the many moving parts of home buying is daunting and stressful. Tess however was reliable, knowledgeable, accessible and prompt with responses throughout the entire process.
Tess took time to meet, field questions (and we had many!), check-in regularity and respond via email or text at any moment. She advocated for us and genuinely cared. We honestly can't thank Tess enough for helping unload the stresses associated with not just securing a mortgage, but navigating the many moving parts of this process. I couldn't recommend her more and only wished that we received the same level of service from others.
