I had a Friday afternoon appointment with a lovely young lady named Leah. As per usual she was so welcoming and professional. She genuinely made me feel like she truly cared and heard what I had to share.
This was my third appointment and I can say without a doubt that she has officially garnered my business for as long as she will have me in her chair. I absolutely love my haircut and the confidence it's given me. I highly recommend her and you will not be disappointed.

Went in for a cut, they shaved part of my head with no guard and still missed 5-6 spots only my head. Had to get someone else fix it. Then they cut my child's hair and went on their own whim. I could of done my kiddos hair at home. Will now travel to Lethbridge or Medicine Hat.

Edit: I have had my phone with me all day and had received no call except to the call to get both cuts done at once.
When the woman was done my hair I see there were some issues that she did correct, but when I got home after there were more that i could not see. As for my sons hair. 0 sides and back with a 2 up top and faded in as in a Jar Head cut. Its not faded. Yes she did ask me a couple times of the 0 and the 2 but i didn't stand and watch the entire time. I sat down and then was called for my own cut.

Honestly so thankful to find a great place to get my hair done after yrs, trying different places. Kaitlyn has done a great job, and listened to what I was aiming for and found the perfect colors that work with my hair. Its a Good, friendly environment.

I took my 93 year old mom in to get a hair cut and styled. They did a fabulous job and we’re so accommodating as mom needed to stay in her wheelchair. Mom’s hair looked beautiful and she was the belle of the ball at her granddaughters wedding.

Bought a hot stone massage for my 90 yr young mom for the 3rd time bc she raves about how great Monica is & how awesome
It makes her feel. She also has now switched hairdressers to this salon. Highly recommend this upscale salon!
