Hello,
Our interaction with the team at Ernie dean was excellent. One of our trucks had broke down and while searching for a replacement, we found a truck (Chevrolet 3500 High country dually) at Ernie dean. Deanna Newman (New sales consultant) was our first point of contact. After receiving all the specs (window sticker and a video) of the new truck, We agreed on the purchase. Due to our situation (out of commission vehicle), we were asking for a quick transaction. The entire team, Deanna, Josie Fernandez (sales manager) and Adam Harkness (finance manager) all went above and beyond to get our new truck ready for pickup in less than 24hrs. I would not hesitate in giving everyone at Ernie dean a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star rating. Great experience!

We went to the dealership to check out the Equinox EV and Hunter took us for a test drive. Hunter answered all our questions and texts and was super responsive. I didn’t have to wait hours to hear back, and he never made me feel foolish when I was asking for help with car features. 100% recommendation Hunter, he’s knowledgeable and friendly and made everything simple.
We moved to Karlee for financing and she made us super comfortable. She explained all the details, told us what she thought we needed as well as what we could forego. There was zero pressure to buy anything from either of them. And would 100% recommend you go see them for your next car! Thank you so much to the staff at Ernie Dean!

We knew what we wanted and when I inquired if the truck was still available, we heard from Ryan Schell right away. He emailed, texted and called so we could set a date and time to come and check it out. From the moment we walked in the door Ryan was friendly, helpful and attentive. He answered all of our questions freely and honestly. We didn’t feel pressured into our purchase or to put extended warranty or any other extras on by Karlee Collings. They make a hell of a team, both friendly, easy to talk to and understanding. I highly recommend Ernie Dean Chev/Buick/GMC dealership in Alliston. On my search for a GMC Sierra 3500 truck, I visited another larger dealership where I felt that I was being pressured, intimidated and taken advantage of. At Ernie Dean, my whole purchase experience was relaxed and pleasant. Sales Consultant Shawn Cavey was very friendly and honest. Finance/Insurance Manager Karlee Collings was so nice to deal with. She presented all my options and was very helpful answering any questions. Last but not least, General Manager Ryan Thompson was very fair in his pricing on my trade-in and he honoured his promise to offer a good deal if I chose to buy local. Fantastic service. I had a great experience dealing with both Ryan (general manager) and Adam (sales person). I shopped around at 3 other dealerships in the area. What separates Ernie Dean from the others was their honesty, dedication to finding solutions, and their no bull attitude. If you are in the market for a new or used truck, head over to Ernie Dean Chevrolet Buick GMC. The sales staff where fantastic. They didn't push or follow us around when we're looking around the lot.
We delt with Ryan Schell to purchase my 2019 Colorado ZR2. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered any and all questions I had.
When it came to financing my new purchase Karlee Collings had it covered. She got everything I needed to get me into my new to me vehicle. Upon pickup the vehicle was ready and Ryan went threw everything with me before I left.
