Our air conditioning broke driving through Manning Park, and we searched high and low for a rental car while ours needed repairs.

First impressions mean everything, I was greeted by Brenden with a warm welcome and promptly walked through our options. I explained that I had to drop off our car just down the road at Myers Automotive (shout out to Jason!), and he offered to pick me up!!!

I was picked up by Max, a local guide and all-around great guy.

It gets better, Renee walked me through the vehicle docs and inspection. She has great vehicle knowledge. After talking with her for a few minutes, it became obvious that she has high integrity and that she cares about her customers.

5 out of 5 for this amazing trio!

Now our family can enjoy our vacation in a nice new car that has working air conditioning.

Rented a few cars over the past year, from this branch, and have always had great experiences from start to finish. The most recent was for a near two week driving vacation, and the vehicle performed excellently. Good pricing, easy to work with and no issues. Weill definitely be renting from them again.

When I got there they were short staffed and a line up had formed. But the staff person was very helpful and courteous to everyone. When I returned the car my flight had been delayed and they provided me a short extension on my rental so I still had wheels. And they gave me a ride to the airport! I really appreciated the great customer service.
