Truly appreciated everything Tracy did for us getting our Mother/daughter trip in order. Extremely knowledgeable with everything to expect and see on our trip to Orlando. She knew how stressed we were with the Air Canada strike looming and did her best to ease our stress. Would definitely use Tracy again. Fantastic service from start to finish!

Tracy was amazing at helping me book a 17 day G Adventures trip to Vietnam and Cambodia with my daughter. As a somewhat inexperienced traveller it was incredibly helpful and comforting to have an expert guide me through the process of; coordinating and booking the trip, selecting a trip provider, booking the airline flights, scheduling transfers to and from the airports, booking extra hotel nights, coordinating e visas, and selecting travel insurance. The trip went very well and was a great experience. I want to thank Tracy for all her assistance. I will definitely call on her guidance and assistance for future travels.

Absolutely a wonderful time. 15 days of beautiful landscapes , full of historical churches and castles. Good food and drinks and friendly Irish warmth and comfort. Felt safe all the time. Only downside was the tour guide, he was quite rude at times to several people on the bus. But all in all I enjoyed this tour and will recommend it to friends.

Our Rocky Mountaineer trip April 21 to 29, 2024 was excellent. The two days of train travel was exceptional with great scenery, wonderful meals, snacks and drinks. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this trip to anyone. Our decision to travel in April was a good one as it was not at all crowded, and there was no problem with smoke from forest fires. Several of our fellow travellers felt the same. I was especially grateful for our timing after seeing pictures of the heavy smoke in Calgary this past weekend just two weeks after we returned home. The bus rides from Jasper to Lake Louise, and from Lake Louise to Banff and then on to Calgary were comfortable with knowledgeable guides and drivers. The accommodation was fine, with the exception of the extremely long walk from the elevator to our room at both the hotel in Vancouver and at Lake Louise. This would not have been a problem at all if my hip had not been bothering me. I hobbled slowly with my cane. This was a bucket list trip which I really enjoyed.

My husband and I recently returned from Jamaica and had an amazing time. Tracy was our travel agent and she was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Tracy responded with any questions almost instantly and was very attentive, listening to us when we gave our wish list for the perfect vacation. She nailed every detail and we did in fact have the perfect vacation. We will continue to use her going forward for any vacations and I highly recommend you do the same.
