I had the pleasure of working with Emma over an 18 month period at Water Plus as she led a large scale data quality improvement programme. The work was highly technical and multi-track, requiring a difficult mix of intellectual, analytical understanding of water retail data processes, database analytics, value based prioritisation of work and management of operational remedial activity. All with multiple stakeholders. Emma managed all this to a very high standard, and to the point she became a mix of subject matter expert and programme lead. Her work ethic, ability to assimilate data and bring order to a complex situation is first rate.
