We purchased what we thought was our dream home Candice Rutley was the sellers agent. I would not trust this women with anything. We took possession the house was awful, filthy, the stove didn't work and was a fire hazard, the washer was moldy, the fireplaces don't work, the fridge had disgusting molded food. When we sold our realtor did a walk through to ensure we were passing along the house we listed. Very poor experience and I strongly recommend you never purchase from this group. We could have lost everything in the fire hazard with the stove, let alone the rest. Not someone I would trust with your biggest investment.
