We absolutely loved our Azores vacation! We were able to spend time on 3 of the islands, hotels and transportation from island to island, as well as airport to hotels was all taken care of. So easy! Melissa even reached out to us as there was a power grid failure in Portugal. Luckily we weren’t affected. They offer an easy to use app that contains all documentation and extra information about our location. Excellent travel service!

Dealing with Sarah for my Bachelor / 40th was nothing but smooth sailing. If I could give more stars I would. Sarah took care of everything from booking the hotel to private transfer there and back. Even had an app for all of us to navigate through for our itinerary and other amenities. Communication with Sarah is always easy, on the ball and she was always looking out for us. She's pretty awesome. Just wish I would have found her before my wedding was booked. That being said she will be doing our honeymoon and any future trips. Thank you Sarah for everything. My only complaint was she could not cure our hangovers. Lol. Thank you again for the outstanding service, kindness and class.

While flying from London to Athens, Sarah found out about a ferry strike affecting one of our island hops. She quickly re-booked our travel arrangements with a flight, which was a lifesaver given the chaos on the day of the ferry. We also loved how well organized our Trip Plans app looked and kept everything in one location! Being able to message Sarah into the app saved us the angst of finding the email to correspond with her. Overall, it was such a convenient tool!

I've booked my Caribbean trips with Sarah in the past 10 plus years and there is no one better to have your back than her. I would follow her anywhere and there is no one I rather have as my travel agent. One of my trips to Cuba at the time I was there during hurricane Irma with my mom and friend. Sarah made sure that we were all ok in anyway she could from Canada. Kept me informed with text, calls and emails covering everything that was going on that she could find out about the hurricane from her end and took care of everything I needed updated and changed from windsor until we came back safe and sound. The entire time she was just a phone call away if we needed anything and to me that kind of person is priceless to have watching your back when you are far away from home !!!
