three times missed times lines, objectives and wasted my time with RRSP rece blaming others than simply providing a receipt of transactions.

Trust, Transparency, and Accountability... These are the "values" from Edward Jones' profile page where Sadeki claims to hold yet failed us on all of them. With her "trust being paramount" in her team's core values, we entrusted her with assisting in changing up our life insurance policies, only to find that she forgot to cancel the other one as she set up the new policy, leading to us double paying insurances with no way for us to reclaim back money wasted for a service we didn't need. She was very transparent in the idea that we wouldn't need to cancel, and very transparent with my wife about how she forgot when questioned, but lacked the accountability regarding the issue and when she discussed the issue with the insurance provider advised them the falsehood of "we were busy and didn't notice" as we found out when we followed up with the issue ourselves. Even now, as I'm in the process of filing paperwork and discussing options for reclaiming any portion of my doubled paid insurance Sadeki holds firm that: She's done her best, and it was not her who set up the original policy (although she did acquire the information from the other agent when she wanted our business to aid in setting this policy up) and that there is nothing she can do (or will do more likely). Would not recommend as a financial advisor as many times she's asked me what she should do, and if I need to tell a financial advisor what to do, there's no reason to have one in the first place.

I’ve never had a financial advisor before, and I was a little worried about going to one because I didn’t have a ton of money, so I wasn’t sure if anyone would help me. Sadeki not only helped me but she has grown my savings already. She always takes the time to answer my questions and personalizes everything. I wish I had met her 10 years ago!

Sadeki was very accommodating. She was able to conference call my parents and I to discuss with them the financial services she offers. She was quick to adapt with the Covid situation. She's also very professional and provides feedback that one can easily relate to.
