Alhamdulillah, I was able to go on my first Umrah with EcoTravel. The service was phenomenal. Everything was taken care of for me —flights, hotel bookings (with all you can eat breakfasts), visas, and sightseeing itineraries were all planned ahead of time. I was able to focus on my worship without trying to find my way around. I truly had such a beautiful experience and learned so much through the guided tours that the sheiyookh on the trip with us gave us. I am waiting patiently for the next time I get to go to Umrah with them inshaAllah.

Tamir was super helpful in getting us our umrah visas and facilitating our trip. It was our first time doing umrah back in 2021 and he booked the very best hotels for us which was in close proximity to the haram. He had our best interests in mind especially as first timers. He was super considerate when booking our hotel at Dallah Taybah which was just a 1 minute walk from the women’s entrance and specifically said sister I’m booking this hotel for your convenience as there’s only 1 women’s entrance and it shouldn’t be difficult for us when visiting the masjid.

We had some issues with our flights, this was back in covid, where we were missing a PCR test. He even got us a refund quickly from the airline rather than leaving us to handle it ourselves. Overall amazing experience with this company 1000% recommend.
