We just arrived, and despite it being midnight, the lady at the front desk gave us the fastest check-in I’ve ever experienced! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and have a fresh, inviting smell. Everything looks perfect! The bed is amazing—neither too hard nor too soft—just right for a great night’s sleep. Honestly, I’m pleasantly surprised; judging from the outside, you wouldn’t guess how beautiful it is inside. I’m also excited for breakfast in the charming dining area. This place is absolutely worth every penny!

The only issue I had—which honestly isn’t a big deal, but I like to be honest in my reviews—was that the room was cold when I first arrived and took about 20 minutes to warm up. That said, it’s a minor inconvenience, and everything else more than made up for it in my opinion!

The receptionist on duty at 6:00 am, a young white girl with the coloured hair and piercings , didn't pay attention and was very rude when I tried to inform her about clogged sink in my room.When I returned from work in the evening, they hadn't fixed the sink .Either that girl didn't care to inform the maintenance, or they just don't care.You need to babysit the staff after returning tired from work , to get anything done 😂🤣.
I told them I will check out if you don't fix it and then they fixed at their own sweet time.
I wonder who hires this kind of rude amateur girl as a receptionist, when her behaviour suits for a position as a janitor at its best....
I won't be staying here again and also , obviously, do not recommend this place to anyone else....👎👎👎👎

Great little place for Fox Creek, rooms a bit small but very nice, newly renovated bathrooms are super nice. Friendly staff too, would recommend.

Best place to stay in Fox Creek. Rooms are single rooms, cozy, and clean. The overhead rain showers are awesome.

Nice looking rooms but pretty small, ice machine wasn't working, shower head kept releasing residual water 30 min after shower, breakfast is a joke and no lactose options.

I mean, not a bad little spot. Bathrooms are really nice, rooms are pretty small but I mean to be expected for price. And breakfast was a big plus. The downside is that they have advertised laundry service but not available.

Pleasantly surprised. Rooms are small but nicely arranged including a comfy leather chair. |On a hot day 35 C room was nicely cooled on arrival and thermostat kept it so through the night. Perfect for 1 person. Bathroom is really large relative to room size and very comfortable. Small microwave and coffee machine. Large flat screen TV with good cable service. Internet wifi decent at 7.76 Mbps download and 2.33 MBps upload. (Speedtest.net)|Very good value
