Recently moved from Deerpark Management to EOPMG. It was a rather sudden takeover, so some bumps …but to be expected.

Having said that, the company does seem to be very professional. They offer a lot of modern services. Our condo has been fortunate to keep our original property manager and property admin. Robyn and Jeannette are absolutely amazing and they help us keep our condo community running smoothly. They handle many requests/complaints/issues daily, but do so very well.

Natasha, from EOPMG is a great property manager. As a resident I found her to be responsive, kept me updated on my tickets and was available when the super couldn't be found on site. She's organized and a hard worker. Your condo building would be lucky to have her.

Have had my fair share of experiences dealing with property management companies in the region for our building in suburban Ottawa. The shortage of property managers for condos is well known. We were lucky to find EOPMG: professional, good communications, preventative maintenance plan, and common areas are always well-kept. Recommended.

Darling, let me tell you a thing or two about Eastern Ontario Property Management. Now, they keep my little roost as neat as a pin and, honey, I've seen more than a few places in my day. Sure, there's a sour grape or two out there, always is, but don't let a few grumpy Convoy folks get you in a twist. Those gents just need to learn how to cut a rug and stop grinding that poor old axe! Eastern Ontario? They're top drawer in my books, just the bee's knees of property management.

Horrible experience. Applied for an apartment and was told I wasn't selected. Then I received an email about move-in dates, thought I was accepted, only to find out they send me the email "in error" (very unprofessional). Took weeks to receive my deposit back. They have a $50 admin fee, so I was out that money; however, when I received my deposit back the amount they took out was closer to $60. I wouldn't deal with this company again. Beware!
