Receptionist told me there would be a $400 fee (which there wasn't so I have no idea why she told me that), she also made me fill out health information incorrectly when I asked for clarification, and it was information that had already been submitted correctly to MSI so now I have to contact them and correct her misinformation. Horrible experience. Doctor also was extremely unhelpful and didn't even speak to me about the reason for my visit and told me they didn't know me well enough to help, I don't have a family doctor so who could help me? Is that not what the walk in clinics are for?
Would not recommend, if you have the chance to go anywhere else, take it.

They were all incredibly nice! I called and got a same day appointment. I came in 30 minutes early and was seen almost immediately! All the staff were super caring and sweet!

I guess I am one of the lucky ones. I called at 930 in the morning and received an appointment that same evening. Patient appointments were spaced out so there was no crowding in the waiting room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Beyond ridiculous how terrible the system is there. The number you call tells you it's an after hours clinic but they only book appointments for during the day time. You are forced to call back over and over again for an hour and a half until your told to try again the next day because they don't allow you to stay in a cue on the phone. I can't imagine being an elderly person trying to deal with this ridiculous system. It's ineffective and confusing at best with zero efforts on their part to actually want to improve it. What a nightmare. If I ever even get my results from my blood work here, I am never going to this clinic again.

I've had good experiences with staff and doctors *when* I can get an appointment. Making the appointment is the issue and seems to be a trend with many walk-in clinics. It would very helpful if they offered online booking through NS Health. Calling in every few minutes is a bit of pain. Also being able to book for future days (if current day is full) would also be helpful.

Awful, got shafted for an appointment on friday and they're booked solid by 8:30am on monday. All i need is a prescription that i'm told i'm suppose to take the rest of my life but these quacks won't sign for more than 6 months so they can line their pockets.

System is an actual racket.

Been trying to renew a prescription for 4 days. I am out of vital medication and each time they tell me they are full and to try again tomorrow. Currently on my 60th time trying to call to book an appointment today, no one will answer the phone. I'm at a loss

Tried several times over the course of two weeks to get a hold of them by phone with no success. When I finally did the receptionist provided next to no help and seemed desperate to hang up on me. Not impressed at all.
