Pitiful! and... great. Great are the nurses I saw and who were helpful. Pitiful is the system, totally inefficient. I gave about a dozen calls to book and get the fluzone vaccine, Gp, 3 pharmacies told me to contact Eastern Health, they transferred me to x people, and finally was told to call 811 !!! who eventually gave me 2 other numbers to call, then it was community health center, and finally someone booked me for an appointment at the Major's Path clinic saying they had the vaccine. When I got there, they didn't have it! However the nurses there did their best to find out where it was available. They called to make sure and booked me right away at Mount Pearl square.
People in the trenches, the nurses, are doing great work thank God!
System? It is pathetic. They know nothing and don't seem to care. Shameful.

By appointment and pretty well right on time with a wonderful nurse who was quick and gentle in giving me my booster. Much better than booking with a pharmacy on-line. I booked with Eastern Health by phone after getting the number from the government website - nothing like human contact.

2 weeks later they still can't process an account. They're just dragging their heels like they do with everything eastern health is useless. 4tg time they did this. Precious times I get sent to collections even though I'm trying to make a payment.

Eastern Health is a scam. End of.

You can get both Covid and flue vaccine at the same place. I got my flue vaccination and was very much impressed by kindness of the nurse. I wish I asked her name to appreciate her work.

Parking was available....parking lot has speed bumbs be careful....if in a car, I hit bottom and was very surprised ....its a busy place and I guess they needed for all customers and clients coming and going...great staff and atmosphere.....

My girlfriend has been waiting 4 hours to see a doctor in the emergency room at st clares. We came in because she had difficulty breathing and a burning sensation when she breathes. When we arrived their was only 2 people ahead of us. The last person ahead of us was seen about 2 hours ago. The price we pay for free health care is crazy

This was the second time we visited...Loretta Cooke.. nurse on duty was very professional friendly and caring...my husband received excellent care and personally Loretta went beyond in making us feel we were special....thank you..nurses like Loretta are very special who care for people and this shows when they treat others as kind as she did for my husband ( Stan)💕
