Overall I've been mostly happy when dealing with Duca however their HOURS ARE NOT CONVENIENT at all. They used to be open Saturdays for a short time but now are CLOSED Saturdays and Sundays and only open 1 day a week past 5pm. How do people who work 9-5 get their banking done if the one day they are open past 5 doesn't work?

If I could give it a zero I would, hands down the worst bank I have ever used. Their online banking never works, e-transfers rarely go through, customer service was completely useless, on the occasion when they did pick up the phone. Just stay away and save yourself a headache.

Having dealt with big banks for my whole life, Duca was a very refreshing experience. Quite opposite to a bank where it seems like they are just trying to sell you product after product regardless of whether you need it.

I set up my account with Tyler and he was very helpful, honest, and professional during the process. He even personally sorted out an issue (on the sender's side) with a wire transfer that never came through a few months after I set up the account. Their rates are competitive and the service is excellent. Highly recommend.

If your in guelph and need to use the ATM.....forget it there key card entry is broken and they ave no plans to fix it !
