Doug English was recommended to us by our realtor. Immediately we were impressed with his promptness and attention to detail. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Doug. I wasn’t purchasing a new house this time, but Doug went above and beyond to help me re-finance my mortgage so that I don’t have high interest loans anymore. Doug was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient with everything he did. Doug’s communication throughout the entire process was immaculate and his attention to detail was spotless. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone looking for a mortgage, or to re-finance a mortgage like I did. When the time comes for me to purchase a house again I will definitely go through Doug.

Doug was quick and efficient at helping us get approved for a mortgage at a great rate. This was our second mortgage, and it was so much smoother than the last time around with the bank. He made suggestions that showed he was really listening to our concerns, rather than the canned responses we got from the bank. He went out of his way to help us deal with a difficult situation, and it was only possible because he showed true professionalism in dealing with the lender. I am a strong believer in supporting local people and businesses. I also believe that we should publically recognize them when they do a good job, not just rant about negative experiences. I highly recommend Doug for the professional service he gave me when I needed to refinance my mortgage. It was a bit tricky but he came through and got me everything I needed. Doug helped us with our mortgage on our second home and we were very grateful and impressed with the service we received.
