I cannot thanks Dave enough! I starting getting help from another mortgage broker locally to refinance my home. After a very drawn out 4.5 MONTHS! The mortgage broker let me know my house was appraiser just shy of what we needed to refinance. I went to Dave and explained the situation in hopes there was another way. Dave was so genuine! Dave got me approved less than 24 HOURS LATER. The entire deal was finished in two weeks.
