Colleen went above & beyond for me, while I was looking for my first house. The other reviews are consistent with my experience with her. She is genuine, personable, & hardworking, which are rare traits to come across. Colleen is a First-Rate Mortgage Broker. She worked diligently (even through the weekend) to ensure that my time-sensitive mortgage was dealt with and completed promptly, and came up with a solid back-up when the primary lender unexpectedly backed out at the last minute due to the unique nature of my property.
