I want to thank Dan for all of his help over the years. I met Dan about 6 or 7 years ago. I was still drowning in debt and nowhere near self sufficient enough to look into buying a home. Dan provided me with opportunities to attend financial literacy classes. Taking his advice allowed me to repair my credit rating, get debt collectors off my back, and work my way steadily out of debt. Last year I paid off the last of my student loans and with Dans advice and prompt help we even bought a home.
