Clean and cozy place with a spectacular view. The hosts were always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Beautiful tourist spots all around. I highly recommend it!

Where do I start?
We went for a family vacation and it was a 5/5 from age 8 to 45.
The beach is beautiful and it's only the three cottages and a couple of neighbouring homes for the entire bay. The water was cold, but can go either way with the winds.
The cottages are spacious, very clean, and extremely well-equipped. Every kitchen item you could think of was supplied.
It is so quiet. I went for a bike ride, and in the first 30 minutes on the local roads I saw more deer than cars (3 to 1).
There are lots of sports to play--tennis court, pickle ball, badminton, soccer, frisbee.
Nathan and Ruth are incredible hosts. They are available, living onsite, and extremely hospitable. They even brought around some fresh fried fish one evening.
And Manitoulan Island as a whole has some great places to explore (beaches, waterfall, hiking, fishing), all within an hour's drive.

Fantastic!
This Lake Huron beach is truly a hidden gem. I spent two fabulous weeks in front of West Cottage in August and loved every serene minute. The fine wood cabin is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. Hosts Nathan and Ruth are just exceptional; thank you so much. I highly recommend Dominion Bay Cottages.

We fell in love with this place!!
The cottage is extremely clean, it is very well equipped with all you need to enjoy your stay. The place, the scenery, the beach, the lake, the entire setup is absolutely gorgeous. This place is serene and we would come back in a heart bit.
Every morning we enjoyed our coffee on the beach, we spent our time on the beach swimming, paddle-boarding, we did some hiking and we did not miss any sunsets at the beach.
Ruth and Nathan did an amazing job to make you feel at home!
100% I would recommend this place, it is definitely a 5 stars place if you are looking for a place to fully relax and recharge!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dominion Bay Cottages this past week. Our cottage was very clean and well equipped! Ruth was very friendly and welcoming. They have a beautiful property and the beach is just indescribable. We were the only cottagers on the property and had the whole beach to ourselves! My kids loved being on the sand. It's a really comfortable, peaceful place and safe for kids!

Stunning properties located steps away from the beach. We stayed in the east cottage and it surpassed all of our expectations. The photos really don't do it justice. Super clean, functional, and practical. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking tools, dishes, and appliances. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, as were each of the bedrooms. Each cabin has its own fire pit and outdoor seating area, which was lovely and allowed us to enjoy evenings outdoors even in the fall. Truly a wonderful place to stay and make memories. We will be back!

Was perfect for me! The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It was more like a home than just a place to crash.
Everything that we needed was there. There was even a washer and dryer. This place obviously is a labor of love for the owners and it shows. The location could not be more beautiful. There is no TV or internet but that is okay with me. I wish I could have stayed longer and hope to return again one day.
