We received nice little reminders of things that needed to be in order and done before moving- with links and directions on how to complete these tasks. She also provided updates along the way about how things would unfold throughout the purchase, sale and posession. These emails and reminders really eased our stress by helping make sure everything was in order and things would go smoothly.
Even after we moved in we received check-ins to make sure our needs were met and there was nothing else her team could help us with.
