Did 1.5 hour commute to this place as per discussion with Mr. Zawar.
After reaching here, he told us we need to have a physical photo ID. If we were guided properly beforehand, we wouldn't have wasted our precious time and money to commute to this place.
Disappointed to the core with Mr. ZAWAR.
