Before this I had never had any experience with a mortgage broker or securing any sort of financial loan from a lender outside of a bank. It was all new to me and I didn't know where to begin as I have no experience in finance. Banks can be limiting and, in my opinion, can make the process confusing as they use financial verbiage through it all vs. breaking it down in a means YOU can understand. Due to limitations I looked elsewhere and thank goodness I did.

I couldn't have asked for a better mortgage broker. Deepak was amazing and an absolute pleasure to work with. He was there every step of the way to help me with any questions, inform me of any changes or updates, and provide me with recommendations where applicable. One thing I appreciated most is that Deepak would take the time to explain things in a way I could understand. It is easy to get lost in financial terminology and what exactly it entails, but Deepak broke it down in a way that made sense and provided examples wherever needed to best outline how things worked. Deepak truly cares about his clients and finds the best products for them. There was an issue with a lender during my experience with him and he took charge and handled it all on my behalf. He even compensated me for the time they wasted, which was a kind and much appreciated gesture of good faith. Deepak stayed on top of everything on my behalf, outlined the process every step of the way, went over all the documents, connected me with the right people, and prepared me for any meetings or requirements. Thanks to him this process was very simple and straightforward. I was never worried or confused as to whether or not I was getting the best product, rate, lender etc. With his knowledge and experience, as well as, trust and transparency that he creates with his clients, I knew I was getting the best thing for me and my needs. He truly went above and beyond and should I ever require these services again, he will undoubtedly be my first call every time.
