Staff is amazing!!!
Rooms not clean, beds extremely hard, breakfast is almost non-existent, there is a waffle maker and cereal but everything else is frozen. This hotel is going through management changes and maybe it’s a transition stage not sure but the quality of cleanliness and breakfast had gone down hill from 6 months ago. Again the staff are amazing

‱ Upon entering, there are two switches on the wall; one does nothing, the other turns on a light.
‱ The room faces the parking lot and the curtains will not easily close sufficiently to stop someone from looking in. Even after arranging them on the window sill, it is a constant chore to ensure they don't fall off and/or the PTAC doesn't blow the curtains and reopen the gap between them.
‱ The toilet paper holder is attached to the bathroom counter which is far enough from the toilet so anyone with a slightly shorter reach than mine would need to get up and take at least one step to get to it. Luckily, this is exactly what everyone wants to do immediately after pooping but before cleaning oneself. So, why am I complaining?
‱ The shower curtain rod, labelled "The Arc", is designed to allow for more shoulder and elbow room than a traditional shower curtain. This rod, however, was installed ~9" further in than a traditional rod so the curtain aligns with the inside of the tub, thereby compressing the available space into somewhat of a Canadian football shape and, at the widest point, to pretty much the exact width of my shoulders, making it especially narrow at either end and awkward to get directly under the showerhead, (say to wash the skin covering my skull).
‱ After the uncomfortable shower, I wanted to watch TV. There are two remotes; one for the digital box, the other for the TV itself. The digital box remote turns on the digital box but not the TV, although the remote's TV light glows red when it is selected and the Power button is pressed. The TV remote has no such indication that it is functioning but nothing happens when the Power button is pressed. The digital box remote uses AA batteries while the TV remote uses AAA batteries. And, finally, the TV is definitely plugged in but there is no manual Power button on the unit.

As I said, I wanted to watch TV. Instead, I wrote this review.

TLDR: I will not stay here again...

Don't waste your money. I recently stayed at this hotel and the amenities that are advertised were not available. The wifi wasn't in service and in our room (for 2 people) the table only had 1 chair and 3 pillows. The lounge/ restaurant was also closed and we had to get gross fast food instead. Also, the room with with the free breakfast was poorly stocked and maintained. Who wants to eat ceral without milk! I'll never stay at this hotel ever again. I was charged full price for this awful stay.

The experience at the hotel was terrible: uncomfortable beds, pillows that released a white dust when fluffed, and a day-old complimentary breakfast. The only positive was being able to leave

Very dirty hotel. I will never stay there again. Couldn't sleep all night because some doors have been triggering alarm all night, and when I reported to the front desk, they just said that they are aware of the problem. And that was it. For them, that was ok.

Overall, this was a good stay. I was here for work in a nearby community. My room was cleaned every day. I did read the other reviews, and I see why there would be some complaints about the more mature lady working the front desk. She wasn't really enjoying life. The breaker flipped off in my room, and she gave me a rough idea where the panel was, and I flipped the breaker back on myself.
Wednesday night wing night was great value.

Pretty basic hotel, for the most part clean, but not really worth paying for. ||Pros:|-Mostly clean (lots of dust, and one time found a wad of hair on my new towel, but otherwise decently clean)|-Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water|-Rooms are spacious|-Check in was easy|-Air conditioner worked||Cons:|-Some front desk staff don’t seem to care much. Most of the time they’re out front smoking |-Bathtubs/showers are small|-Not enough outlets. The microwave was unplugged so the coffee maker could be plugged in. Also when one thing was running, anything else in the room would run slower m|-Breakfast is VERY basic. One waffle maker with watery batter, and frozen omelettes in the fridge. Otherwise there’s yogurt, muffins, bagels, bread, and juice. No one attending to it. Several days the juice was out and no one changed it|-Very dated/run down. The hotel seems very old. The carpets are all torn up, the furniture and appliances could be updated|-The wifi- the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered, can’t get anything to load, I constantly turned off the wifi on my phone and just used my data. This is really annoying as their website specially says “high speed internet”||Overall, not the worst stay, but could definitely be better. If it wasn’t paid for and I wasn’t getting Wyndham points, probably wouldn’t be here.
